I have been using LAX Black Cars for a few years now and they are honestly the best! Very reliable and reasonably priced. We have been picked up by Jeanette the last few times and she is so incredibly helpful!! I have two little kids and she always ensures that I am handling them/making sure they’re safe while she handles loading all my bags and even car seats in the car! Which is such a stress relief when at busy LAX airport. I highly recommend this service and Jeanette!

Booked a car and was completely ghosted. No contact and it never showed up.Edit: In response to my review, the company appears to have clarified they do not do same-day reservations. It does not say this anywhere on their website, and they waited over six hours cancel, leaving me without any alternatives. No idea why they accept same day reservations on their website if they are unable to accommodate.All in all simply poor communication and poor management.As a final point, after posting this review the owner took to harassing me over text message and I had to block them. Truly unwarranted and unprofessional.

We’ve used this service a few times for airport drop off and pickup and they have been excellent.Most recently, our driver was Jeanette who was kind and helpful, even at a 4am pickup!We have requested car seats and each time the car seat has been clean and easy to use and install. We will be using LAX Black Cars again when we need airport transportation!

Such a pleasure and positive experience. Our driver Janette was patient with our delayed, international flight and communicated well via text to arrange the pick-up location. The car was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We were picked-up at LAX "arrivals" and it was just so nice to be taken from the chaos that is LAX (and traveling in general) to a safe, roomy and friendly "next phase" of our journey home. Very courteous, accommodating, and patient. Had Jon going to LAX and Jeanette going home - both very professional and punctual. Email and text communication with the drivers was very convenient. Used them for my family of five (two car seats and a booster) with lots of luggage and two strollers.

I originally booked a roundtrip ride to and from LAX. Apparently there was a miscommunication at the office and I wasn’t picked up for my departure flight.During my trip the office emailed me offering a free pick upon my return which I declined. I didn’t have confident in them due to them not showing up for my departure.I then received multiple texts from the driver Jeanette apologizing for the mistake made by the office. Initially I declined again. However, after multiple text with Jeanette she reassured me that she would be there to pick us up and on time so I agreed.I must say it was a great decision. I was very much pleased with Jeanette communication before my flight which was delayed by 2 hours. She communicated with me during landing as well as baggage claim. Jeanette was on time, courteous and very professional. Her vehicle was also very nice and clean.If it wasn’t for Jeanette my review would be a 1 star. However because of Jeanette multiple follow up texts and great customer service going over and beyond I am giving her 5 stars. I will definitely be using Jeanette again for any trips to and from the airport.

Jeanette is the best! We landed 30 minutes early than our set pick up time and she was still waiting there for us with water and snacks. She is very polite and professional and took away the headache of LAX. Highly recommend to everyone, will never take uber or a rideshare from the airport again.

We had a ride from LAX to downtown on Saturday night. Our driver, Christopher, was excellent. He communicated with me throughout the day about our plane schedule which made me very confident about our ride. He was there early and was so friendly. The vehicle was extremely clean and nice. Christopher had a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and things in the area. We will definitely use this service again. It is fairly priced and so convenient!

Our first trip to LA was amazing thanks to Chris at LAX Black Car. I was most impressed their communication. As soon as we landed, Chris texted and waited for us to call once we had our bags. Once we had our bags he was there within 2 minutes. I also had Chris take us back to the airport. He arrived early and also made sure we took the quickest route. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, about the areas and easy to work with during our trip.

This was my first time trying Black Car Services and was extremely impressed. They handled my reservations very professionally. My driver, Jon, texted me he was going to arrive a few minutes early and met me at the frontdoor to help with the luggage. He was extremely attentive in conveying the luggage into the vehicle and opening/closing the car door. The vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. The comute to LAX during prime work time was comfortable. His route selection got us to the airport in a timely manner while his driving was flawless. Jon's communication skils were excellent and there was no useless chatter or pounding music often experienced as with other services and drivers. It was a pleasant and worry free experience. Highly recommend both Jon and the Black Car service.

What a wonderful experience. Truly professional 100% in excellent communications, punctuality, friendliness and I can go on and on. I had my toddler with me and he was even impress saying how much he loved the ride. He is only 5 years old so that says a lot. We used it for both ways from and to the airport. LAX Black Cars were brilliant for both my airport pick up and return. The booking system is easy with efficient confirmations. Curt, my driver, was fantastic. My flight from Australia was delayed by over 2 hours and then immigration was backed up...but he waited for me and acknowledged all my messages providing updates on what was happening. I had four trips with LAX Black Cars in the past 3 weeks - 3 with David and 1 with Homer. Both were superb, friendly, and very professional. Can't think of any other service which I have used in the past with this kind of experience. Booking was also great. It was quick and easy and they send out reminders before your trip. They also use Whatsapp as a communication tool which makes it even better. Those travelling to LA should really consider booking with them.

My family and I were headed on a Christmas cruise. We were picked up by Homer on the way to the port; and Bendy on return. The SUV was very elegant and roomy for our party of 6. I discovered LAX Black Cars in a pinch. I had booked another company for a 4:00am pickup in South Bay to LAX for a family trip to the East Coast. That company texted me a 6:30 the night before my trip to inform me that they could not complete my reservation. WHAT?!!! I scrambled to search for a service that could accommodate me and found LAX Black Cars. They took care of me, no problem, and didn't even charge extra for the short notice. My driver, David, arrived early and got us to the LAX without an issue. On our return, we had a different driver, Jon, who provided the same great service. He was in contact as soon as our flight landed so we could time the pickup perfectly after retrieving our luggage. I have traveled a number of times since, and always call on LAX Black Cars to provide my transit to and from LAX! Their drivers are professional, courteous, and always on time.

Once we used LAX Black Cars we never considered any other option for airport transportation. Jeannette, our favorite driver, arrives promptly - whisks you off in a beautiful, clean, elegant vehicle and drives purposefully, but safely, to the airport. Wanted a smooth pickup and ride from LAX back home and didn't want to deal with Uber or Lyft. I'm so glad I got a private car and Jon was my driver. Courteous, prompt, and communicative. While I was expecting to be met a baggage claim with a sign (like I had during my travels in Florida), I forget this is LAX and it's much easier to meet on the median!
